Schwaiger. This user guide is designed to help you use and operate the device. Please read
through this user guide carefully and then keep it safe with the device, so that you can
consult it should you experience any problems.
Introduction:
This HDMI
®
to SCART converter which will convert digital HDMI
®
video and audio signal to
composite video signal and the stereo audio signal help users convert the high quality of
the HDMI
®
signal to normal CVBS signal (standard-definition 480i, 576i). So that can play
on CRT TV, VHS VCR, DVD recorders, etc. The HDMI
®
to SCART converter support NTSC
and PAL TV formats output.

Operation controls and Functions
PAL/NTSC Switch: Switch the CVBS output format.

to your source equipment such lide DVD/Game console.
LED indicator: When the DC5V power on, the indicator will be light.
Power: Plug the 5 VDC power supply into to unit and connect the adapter to AC wall outlet
SCART output: Connect the SCART output to your display equipment (for instance TV set).

Connect and Operation:
1. Use a HDMI
®
cable to connect the HDMI
®
output interface of the DVD/Blue Ray players
to the HDMI
®
input interface of the converter.
2. Use a SCART cable to connect the SCART output interface of the converter to the SCART
input interface of the TV/monitor.
3. Use the PAL/NTSC switch on the converter to select CVBS output format according to
requirement.
4. Connect the converter to the DC power adapter, insert the plug in the socket.

Please correctly use and keep the converter to guarantee the product performance and
work as expected

4. Please hold the plug when unplugging. Do not pull the power cable directly

7. Please use the original factory power adapter.
FAQ:
Before switching on the extractor, please check all the cables carefully and make sure all
the interfaces are connected correctly. The common problems and the relevant solutions

1. Please make sure the signal source and the TV are
turned on and connected to the item correctly.
2. Check whether the signal source output resolution
has been set too high.
3. Device EDID read error, please reboot.

cable.
