When using this product, you must conform with the relevant heath & safety at work
rules and you must use the required personal safety equipment.
3 Warranty
The warranty period is 24 months after delivery date from factory assuming appropriate
use and respecting the recommended operating and maintenance regulations.
Basically tool and machine contacting components and wear parts (actuation screw and
seal) are not part of the warranty.
4 Clamping/Unclamping
• The tool shank must be burr-free and free of dirt.
• Always insert the tool down to the minimum clamping depth into the toolholder.
• At more than 25 °C the Expansion Toolholder should not be clamped without a tool.
At the clamping procedure the clamping screw must be turned in to the limit stop.
Tightening torque: 10 – 12 Nm.
