4.3 Functional principle
As well as a servo-electric drive and fully integrated drive
electronics, the product also has a system for gripping force
maintenance. This enables the product to be activated directly
from the PLC without additional hardware like a drive controller or
gateways. The position can be freely programmed within the
available hub. The gripping force can be programmed within the
technical specification.
Once the required position has been reached or a workpiece
gripped, maintenance of gripping force is activated and the motor
is switched off.
4.4 Displays and control elements
4.4.1 LED status display
The statuses of the product are displayed via the LED status
display.

Lights up green:
The product is in normal operating mode.
LED flashes green once:

LED flashing alternately red and green:
A firmware
update is in progress.
WARNING! Do not switch off the
supply voltage otherwise the product may be damaged
permanently.
