Ø8 x Ø16 x 5mm Bearing

No2x 3/8” Pan Hd Screw

Note the larger grooved washer

Ensure the timing pip on the

outer pulleys aligns with the

hole in the cental pulley.

Note the smaller grooved washer

CA GLUE

Engage the drive

dogs and push

together firmly.

Ø8 x Ø16 x 5mm Bearing

M3 Nyloc Nut

SILICONE

GREASE

IMPORTANT

Set the differential as follows.

Tighten the diff screw fully

and then undo 1/4 of a turn.

CA GLUE

Engage the drive

dogs and push

together firmly.

Ensure the disc

springs are

assembled as shown.

IMPORTANT

Note Silicone Grease

MUST be used on the

Differential balls.

Remove pip from moulding.

Ensure the washer and carrier is fully

degreased before applying CA glue.

Two part epoxy may also be used.
