1. Power LED doesn’t light up. Problems and solutions may be:
• Check whether the power cord is correctly connected or not.
• Make sure the power specification accords with that of the switch.
2. Link/Act LED doesn’t light up. Problems and solutions may be:
• The switch is not connected to remote devices.
Please connect them with network cables.
• The inner cable cores of RJ-45 connector are in wrong order.
Please reorder them according to standards.
• Network cable length is beyond the standard range.
Please reduce the cable length between the devices to the standard range (the standard distance is 100 meters).
