NTENDED USE
Practice:
Switch on the buffet heat lamp.
Slide the cutting station in front of the buffet heat lamp.
Place the cutting board flush on the base plate
Switch on the cutting station. The signal lamp lit.
The heating time is approx. 30 minutes.
After the heating time, the device is ready for operation and can be equipped with the foods to be
kept warm.
The food must be preheated and must
not
be deep-frozen!
For switching off after use of the cutting station:
Switch off the cutting station. The signal lamp goes out.
Let the cutting station cool off.
Switch off the buffet heat lamp.
Remove the cutting board and clean it thoroughly.
Only for heated base plate (Model-No. 24002/SB/B, Art. No. B 0080):
Only operate the cutting station together with the buffet heat lamp.
Otherwise, the cutting board can deform due to uneven heat distribution.
Do not touch the device surfaces. The surfaces of the device may grow hot. Please
let the device cool off entirely before cleaning it. Do not cover the device.
