3.1.2 Mounting the dust filter
1. Prepare the holes in the crane column or wall bracket for attaching the dust filter.
If the product came with a blower console (1.1), there are
already mounting points for the dust filter.
2. Ground the dust filter (see chapter 3.2.1).
3. Screw the dust filter onto the mounting bracket (8) using two
M8 screws.
4. Prepare the vacuum hoses for grounding (see chapter 3.2.2).
5. Attach and ground the vacuum hoses with the hose clamps
(see 3.3).
3.2 Establishing equipotential bonding

Replacing the filter cartridge while vacuum is applied

Before replacing the filter cartridge, ensure that the vacuum generator is
switched off and that there is no residual vacuum.

Dispersed dust particles
Damage to eyes and respiratory tract

Before blowing out the filter cartridge, put on eye protection and a respiratory
mask.

Dirt particles in the vacuum supply hose
Risk of explosion

Ensure that no dirt enters the blower supply hose.
Ensure that no dust gets inside the filter cartridge during blowing.

Insufficient grounding

Grounding connections must be checked regularly to ensure explosion
protection.
