3. Beschreibung / Description
Der Vakuumerzeuger wird an das Steuermodul [B]
angeschlossen.
Mit dem Elektromagnetventil [C] wird das Steuermodul [B]
angesteuert.
Über das Steuermodul [B ] wird das Ansaugen und Ablegen
der Produkte gesteuert.
Der Vakuum-Schalter [D] ist zum überwachen des
notwendigen Systemvakuums vorgesehen.
Am Flanschmodul [E] wird der Palletizer mit dem
Portal/Roboter verbunden. Achtung, Schrauben gegen
Lösen sichern. Das Flanschmodul kann einen Hub von
50mm ausführen. Dies dient der Vermeidung von hartem
Aufsetzen und schützt vor Beschädigung der Werkstücke.
Der Dichtschaum dient der Abdichtung zwischen
Saugkasten und Werkstück. Durch das Absaugen entsteht
in den Saugzellen das Vakuum.
Der Palletizer ist ausschließlich zum Greifen ganzer Lagen
von Gläsern vorgesehen.
The vacuum generator is connected to the control module
[B].
The solenoid valve [C] is used to activate the control
module.
The control module [B] is used to activate the suction (for
handling) and placement (drop off) of the products.
The vacuum switch [D] is used to control the necessary
vacuum.
Via the flange module [E], the palletizer is connected to the
portal/robot. Secure the screws against loosening. The flange
module can realize a stroke of 50mm. This helps to avoid a
squash landing and secures against damage the work
pieces.
The sealing foam is used to seal between the suction box
and the work piece.
The Palletizer is intended only to grip complete layers of
glasses.
