Apply the Rapid 16 end clamps (at the top and at the botto m ) to the module and tighten, Screw s
M8 (T40).

Apply the next module.
•
Tighten the middle clamps (at the botto m and at the top) between the modules with Screws M8
(T40)
•
P re-assemble the other middle clamp on the free module side.
•
Connec t the module cable acc ording to the plan.
•
Repeat steps up to the last module in the row.
•
Place the module c enter clamp on the module; do not tighten.
•
Connec t the module cable acc ording to the plan.

Click Rapid 16 end clamps into place at the edge of the module field and position them. Also click
the Rapid 16 middle clamp into place at a genero u s distance so that the module can be inserted
between the clamps.
•
Place the module on the FixZ S ystem Rail 18 and align it with the upper edge using the pre-
attached Rapid 16 clamps. Pay attention to the alignment of the module row.
Torque Value for Rapid16 clamps = 15 N.M/11 FT-LBS
(available in 50 or 100mm lengths)
