16. Troubleshooting
The following table shows fault symptoms and describes remedial measures in the event
of your machine failing to work properly. If you cannot localise and rectify the problem with
this, please contact your service workshop.
Possible cause Remedy
Over temperature
protection
Check the ambient temperature, it must not be higher than
40 °C. Allow the product to cool.
Battery over-current
protection
Disconnect the charger from the product and restart it.
Battery charging protection Contact the customer service department.
Protection at low discharge
temperatures
Check the ambient temperature, whether it is lower than
-20 °C.
Battery low voltage
protection
Charge the device in time, restart it after it is fully charged.
Power inverter overcurrent
protection
Check if the AC output is overloaded or short-circuited.
Power inverter overload
protection
Check if the AC output is overloaded.
Power inverter short-circuit
protection
Check if the AC output is overloaded or short-circuited.
Protection against
overvoltage while charging
Check whether the input voltage exceeds the maximum
input voltage.
