BYPASS WARNING
This message advices or remembers that the unit is working in bypass mode (then some safety functions
are disabled).

CHANGE PUMP FILTERS
This is a blinking message that must be acknowledged pressing the key STOP
This message suggests to replace both 5 and 20 microns filters.
DISPLAY INDICATIONS DURING PRODUCTION
During the normal functioning of the watermaker the display gives the following indications:
Pump 1 OFF/ON
Pump 2 OFF/ON
MESSAGES RELATED TO THE SALINITY PROBE
S = wait
This means that the salinity meter is still completing calculations.
S = OK
Quality of the produced water good
(
micro Siemens 0-1500)
S = MED
Quality of the produced water medium (micro Siemens 1500-2000)
S = BAD
Quality of the produced water bad (micro Siemens over 2000).
Press START:
“
DIVERT TO DISCHARGE
” message is displayed
.
For 1 minute the fresh water production is diverted to discharge.
When the measured value is <50
µS/cm
the message “
S=--
" is displayed instead of “
S=OK
”. After 60 seconds
the unit goes into alarm state with the message “
CHECK SALINITY PROBE
”. The system can be reset by
pressing STOP.
When the measured value is >2000
µS/cm
for 15 seconds, the message
“
DIVERT TO DISCHARGE
” is
displayed and the fresh water production is diverted to discharge for 2:45 minutes. After these 3 minutes the
unit goes into alarm state with the message “
BAD WATER QUALITY
” shutting off the pump group. The system
can be reset by pressing STOP.
During these 3 minutes if the value of the salinity returns in the S=MED and S=OK range, the fresh water flow
comes back to its normal route in 10 seconds.
The diverting valve can be by-passed by selecting
”ON” for the
VALVE SWITCH BY_PASS
option from the
menu. The message
“
DIV.VALVE BY-PASS
” is displayed.
When the start-up is performed the valve diverts the fresh water to discharge.
When automatic or manual flushing is performed the fresh water is sent to the fresh water tank.
