• Avoid actions that may harm or damage the cord or
plug of your appliance. Do not carry your appliance by
holding from the cord. To unplug, hold the plug and do
not pull by the cord.
• NEVER immerse the iron in water or other liquids.
• Do not touch hot surfaces. Always use the handle
and warn others of the possible dangers of burns from
steam, hot water or the soleplate, especially when
ironing vertically. Store your iron while cooling down out
of reach of children.
• The iron must be used and rested on a stable surface.
• When placing the iron on its stand, ensure that the
surface on which the stand is placed stable.
• The plug must be removed from the socket outlet
before the water reservoir is filled with water.
• The filling aperture must not be opened during use.
Instructions for safe refilling of the water tank shell be
