Try reconnecting the device to a power source. If that does not work,
please call Technical Services.

Why is

my device

displaying an

IDLE status?

When no event is scheduled for a specific time in ScentConnect,
the device will display as IDLE. Try scheduling an event. See Asset
Schedule under Navigating the ScentConnect Platform within this
manual.
