Cannot smell scent
• Check cartridge fill level
• Remove cartridge and check that there is air coming out of
the metal cartridge connection when pump is running
• Call technical services
Fan doesn’t run
• Call or email ScentAir Technical Service
Display Revision
• Press MENU four (4) times from the main screen, the words
“Set”, “Fan” and “Speed” will be displayed along with the
current Fan Speed.
• Press PREVIOUS & NEXT at the same time to view the
revision number.
Display Run Time
• Press MENU three (3) times from the main screen, the
words “Set”, “Pump” and “Speed” will be displayed along
with the current fan speed value
• Press PREVIOUS & NEXT at the same time to view the total
run time
