During the warranty period, repair and maintenance of the product is free.

When the period of warranty coverage has expired.
When the scanner body is removed or the camera is damaged.
When the surface or internal components of the scanner are seriously damaged.
When the product is damaged due to improper installation or misuse by operators.
When the product serial number has been altered, removed or made illegible.
When the scanner is damaged due to an artificial fault. For example a flood.
When the scanner is damaged by a natural disaster.
When the work environment or storage of the product is outside the operating range.
