CARE AND CLEANING
1.
Always disconnect electrical appliances before cleaning them.
2.
To clean the blade and grill assembly, first remove the front grill from the rear grill. The front
grill does not remove easily for safety reasons. It is held in place by locking tabs that are
mounted into the rear grill and one safety screw and nut in the bottom of the grill. Gently
squeeze the rim and lift from under tabs and unscrew the safety screw. The fan blade
assembly pulls from the motor spindle after unscrewing the fasten screw on the fan and
motor shaft. Wipe grill and blade assemblies clean with a slightly damp sponge. Make sure
they are dry before re-assembling the fan.
3.
Clean the motor housing and body assembly with a clean, dry cloth.
4.
Never spray with liquids or submerge the Chrome Floor Fan in water or any other liquid.
