IMPORTANT WARNINGS AND SAFETY PRECAUTIONS (Continued)
1.
While loaded, push the dolly from the side with the casters with the foam filled tires forward.
2.
Do not exceed 700 lb. max. weight capacity. Be aware that moving loads have more force/weight than stationary
loads. Sudden or rapid load movement may briefly create excess force causing product failure or a tipping hazard.
3.
If loading a sheet larger than 5 ft. tall, ensure the brace lock is not used. (there is a possibility of the cart falling over
if the center of gravity is outside the large tires caused by the leaning of a very tall sheet like loading the 4 ft. side of
a 4 X 8 sheet.)
4.
With the adjusting brace locked open, the maximum load is 200 lbs.
5.
This equipment is designed for evenly centered loads. Off-centering of loads can result in a dangerous operating
condition and may cause damage or injury.
6.
Be aware that the casters behave differently without a load than with a load.
7.
If on a slope, position and lock casters on the down side of the slope.
8.
Do not ride on this equipment. Do not carry passengers.
9.
Maintain product labels and nameplates. These carry important safety information. If unreadable or missing, contact
Saw Trax Manufacturing for a replacement.
