PASO 1

No apriete los SUJETADORES TWIST-LOCK® en este paso.

Ensamble la unidad sobre un piso alfombrado o sobre el cartón 
vacío para evitar rayar la unidad o el piso.

Para comenzar el ensamblaje, empuje un SUJETADOR 
TWIST-LOCK® SAUDER (CC) dentro de los agujeros grandes 
de las RIOSTRAS (D y E).

Inserte cuatro ESPIGAS DE METAL (GG) dentro de los agujeros 
pequeños en los bordes cortos de las RIOSTRAS INFERIORES (D). 

PASO 2

No apriete los EXCÉNTRICOS ESCONDIDOS en este paso.

Empuje once EXCÉNTRICOS ESCONDIDOS (1F) dentro de 
los DORSOS (F2) y de las RIOSTRAS DE CAJÓN (M67). A 
continuación, inserte el extremo de metal de un PASADOR DE 
EXCÉNTRICO (2F) dentro de cada EXCÉNTRICO ESCONDIDO. 

PASO 5

Ligeramente clave dos CONECTORES DE MOLDURA (FF) dentro 
de las muescas de las MOLDURAS (T, U y V). 

PASO 6

Fije el EXTREMO IZQUIERDO (B3) a la MOLDURA 
IZQUIERDA (V). Utilice dos TORNILLOS NEGROS DE 
CABEZA PERDIDA de 57 mm (HH). 

PASO 3

Fije los RIELES UNIVERSALES DE GABINETE* (35AA) a los 
EXTREMOS (A3 y B3). Utilice veinte TORNILLOS DORADOS DE 
CABEZA PERDIDA de 8 mm (MM) a través de los agujeros No. 1 y No. 3.

*La patente del sistema de deslizamiento se encuentra en trámite.

PASO 7

Inserte seis ESPIGAS DE METAL (GG) dentro de los agujeros en 
los bordes cortos de los DORSOS (F2).

Fije los DORSOS (F2) al EXTREMO IZQUIERDO (B3). Apriete tres 
EXCÉNTRICOS ESCONDIDOS.

NOTA: Asegúrese de insertar las ESPIGAS DE METAL de los 
DORSOS dentro de los agujeros del EXTREMO IZQUIERDO. 

Precaución: Riesgo de daños o heridas. Los Excéntricos Escondidos 
deben apretarse completamente. Los Excéntricos Escondidos que 
no se aprieten completamente se afl ojarán y las partes pueden 
separarse. Para apretar completamente, atornille el excéntrico 
escondido 210 grados.

PASO 4

Fije la RIOSTRA SUPERIOR (E) a la MOLDURA DE RIOSTRA 
SUPERIOR (Q). Apriete tres SUJETADORES TWIST-LOCK®.

Cómo utilizar el SUJETADOR TWIST-LOCK® SAUDER

1. Inserte el extremo con cabilla del SUJETADOR en el agujero de 
la parte adjunta.

NOTA: El extremo con cabilla del SUJETADOR debe quedarse 
completamente insertado en el agujero de la parte adjunta 
cuando se enclava el SUJETADOR.

2. Apriete el SUJETADOR lo más apretado posible con un 
destornillador Phillips (cruz). 

PASO 8

Primero, fi je la MOLDURA DE FONDO (R) al FALDÓN (M56). Utilice 
dos TORNILLOS PLATEADOS DE CABEZA PERDIDA de 48 mm (II).

A continuación, fi je una de las RIOSTRAS INFERIORES (D) a la 
MOLDURA DE FONDO (R). Utilice cuatro TORNILLOS NEGROS 
DE CABEZA REDONDA de 28 mm (OO).

NOTA: Debe apretar cada TORNILLO unas vueltas antes de 
apretar cualquier tornillo fi rmemente.
