Fasten the other BOTTOM/SHELF (E) to the RIGHT END (A) and UPRIGHT (C). Use four BLACK 1-7/8" FLAT HEAD
SCREWS (Q).
Insert four METAL PINS (O) into the SKIRT (I).
Push the METAL PINS (O) in one end of the SKIRT (I) into the holes in the RIGHT END (A).
NOTE: Do now allow the SKIRT to hang freely until it is fastened to the LEFT END (B).
