1. Attach the blender bar to the motor unit.
2. Immerse the blade guard completely in
the ingredients.
3. Switch the appliance on by moving the
appliance slowly up and down and in circles.
Whisk
The whisk is intended for whipping cream,
whisking egg whites, desserts etc.
1.Place the whisk on the motor housing.
Make sure it is securely locked (click
sound).
2. Add the ingredients in a bowl.
3. Completely immerse the whisk in the
ingredients. In order to avoid ingredient
splashing, start with the speed mode I.
4.In 1 minute press the speed mode II.
5.Do not use the whisk for more than three
minutes.
How to use you chopper
The chopper is intended for chopping meat,
cheese, onions, herbs, garlic, carrots, wal-
nuts, hazelnuts, almonds etc.
For chopping hard goods, use the turbo
switch.
Do not chop extremely hard food, such as
nutmeg, coffee beans and grains.
Before chopping

Pre-cut meat, cheese, onions, garlic,
carrots, chillies.

Remove stalks from herbs, un-shell
nuts

Remove bones, tendons and gristle
from meat.

Place the blade on the centre pin of
the bowl and give it a turn to lock into
place.

Put the ingredients in the chopper
bowl.
3.
Put the food processor lid onto the
chopper bowl. Turn the lid clockwise to
lock it.
4.
Insert the motor unit into the coupling
unit until it locks.
5.
Pressing the normal or turbo speed
button to switch the appliance.
6.
After use, press release button to re-
move the motor unit.
7.
Turn the lid anti-clockwise to unlatch it
and lift it up.
8.
Carefully take out the blade by turning
and pulling it, before removing the
processed food.
The use of
graters
: cutting raw and cooked
vegetables (onions, tomatoes, mushrooms,
cucumbers, radishes, carrots, etc.), fruits,
cheese, herbs, etc. Due to the patented
grater holder it is very easy to extract pro-
cessed food from the cup.
Set the disc holder on the pin of the bowl.
Set the grater on the holder until the posi-
tion of fixation. Handle graters with care -
they are very sharp.
Set the bowl cover. Rotate clockwise until it
fixs into place.
Fix a motor block onto a connective block
and rotate to full lock.
Place the products into a bowl. Never insert
your fingers or any objects (forks, knives,
etc.) into the feed tube! Use only the push-
er.

Turn on the blender, pressing the speed
button.
Recipies:
Chopped soused herring (4 persons)
Ingredients:
8 soused herring fillets
1 onion
1 red apple
1 tablespoons of lemon juice
1 small gherkin
Chop all ingredients roughly. cut the herring
into pieces of approx. 3 cm, clean and quar-
ter
the onions, core the apple and cut it into
pieces, cut the gherkin into half’s.
Insert the chopping knife into the bowl, fill
in all in-gradients and chop until the desired
consistency is reached.
Tipp
: very delicious with young potatoes.
Chopped beef (4 persons)
Ingredients:
400g tender beef
4 egg yolks
1 onion
2 tablespoons of capers
Salad leaves
Pepper
Cut the meat into pieces of approx.3 cm.
insert the chopping knife into the bowl. Fill
in the
meat and chop finely. Arrange the meat in
portions on the salad leaves and push a
hole into
the top. Give one egg yolk in each hole.
Clean the onion and cut into pieces, chop
the
pieces in the bowl (chopping knife).
Garnish the chopped meat with the chopped
onions and capers. Add salt and pepper to
your taste.
Cleaning and maintenance
Clean the device immediately after use.
Unplug the appliance before cleaning.
For cleaning the motor units use a damp
cloth.
After processing colored products (e.g. car-
rots) plastic parts of the device can be
stained. Wipe these parts with vegetable oil
before cleaning.
All parts except for the cover can be
washed in a dishwasher. Do not immerse
the cover into the water and do not wash it
in a dishwasher. Clean the cover with a
damp cloth.
