When replacing the file belts follow the “file belt replacement instructions” carefully.
DO NOT:

Do not use in wet or damp environment i.e. in the bath, shower or outdoors when raining etc.

Do not allow the belts or inside of the unit become oily, greasy or wet, see (file belt replacement
instructions)

Do not operate in temperature conditions below 5

Do not drop onto hard surfaces from any Hight, avoid dropping altogether
•
It’s not advised that you share the Eazyfile with others as this is a hygiene product and by doing
so could risk passing on fungal nail infections etc.
•
Do not use if the eazyfile becomes damaged
or is malfunctioning, discontinue use immediately,

1. Pull and unclip the black belt guard from the front of the eazyfile
2. Either cut with scissors or tare the old used file belt.
3. Activate the power button on the top of the eazyfile, this will eject the used belt.
4. Take your chosen grade file strip in your right hand, hold the easyfie in your left hand.
With the grit facing out and instructions facing in, feed in the strip with the peel away
tab first into the right side of the eazyfile between the 3
rd
roller on the right and the
body of the unit. Feed the belt in until you feel it stop, then activate the power button
and this will draw the file strip through the eazyfile. (instructions are on the reverse side
of the file strip)
5. When both ends of the file strip are exposed on both sides of the front opening you can
gently pull either end of the strip to align them so that they are even lengths.
6. Holding the eazyfile with both hands looking in to the front of the unit, peel away the
easy peel tab which should be on the left-hand side, avoiding touching the glue press the
file strip firmly down against the curved wall and up against the top line.
With your right thumb push the right-hand strip firmly over the middle-curved roller and
press the end firmly down on top of the glued end.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
Before closing the 2 ends together ensure they look ready to line up together and are
strait and level with each other. If they do not line up strait or closed tight enough the
newly formed file belt will not work properly and once the ends are made they are fixed
for good. If this occurs and file belt is not rotating properly you will need to load in a new
file strip.
