Symptom Cause Troubleshooting
Power supply not available
Blown fuse or tripped residual current circuit
breaker
Check the power supply for phase loss, short
circuit; check the fuse or residual current
circuit breaker
Broken wire Locate the broken wire and repair it
The power supply is available but startup
is impossible
Abnormal voltage or too long power cable
(voltage drop)
Refer to the rated voltage indicated on the
nameplate
Faulty switch Replace the switch
Faulty contactor Replace the contactor
Overloaded relay Replace the relay
Faulty capacitor Replace the capacitor
Faulty starter relay Replace the starter relay
Faulty high/low pressure switch Replace the high/low pressure switch
Faulty temperature switch Replace the temperature switch
Faulty compressor Replace the compressor
The switches are all normal but startup
is impossible
The tripped high/low pressure switch is not
reset
Locate the cause of trip, and then reset the
switch
The tripped electromagnetic switch O.L is not
reset
Locate the cause of trip, and then reset the
switch
The oil pressure switch is not reset Locate the cause, and then reset the switch
Error in temperature switch setting Reset or replace the temperature switch
Faulty compressor Replace the compressor

Check the voltage and circuit
The tripped high-pressure switch has
been reset but startup is impossible
Faulty pressure switch Replace the pressure switch
Faulty fan Replace the fan motor with a new one
Overload trip Locate the cause or check the relay
Condenser dirt Cleaning
Too much refrigerant Properly reduce the refrigerant
Too high ambient temperature
Improve the ambient temperature or choose a
well ventilated area
Expansion valve blocked or closed Replace the expansion valve
Dryer filter blocked Replace the dryer filter
Tripped overload relay
Faulty starter relay Replace the starter relay
Faulty capacitor Replace the capacitor with a new one
Pressure Switch Replace the pressure switch
Compressor overload Overload the dryer and reduce air volume
Too high temperature at the dryer inlet Install a pre-cooler

The set current value of relay is too low Adjust the current value
