Troubleshooting Guide
Error messages are displayed for approximately 2 seconds, after which the program automati-
cally returns to the weighing mode.
Problem Cause Solution
No segments appear – No AC power available – Check the AC power supply
on the weight display – AC adapter is unplugged – Connect AC adapter to power
supply
– Batteries are drained – Replace batteries or recharge
them using an external battery

oL – The load on the pan – Unload the scale
exceeds the scale’s capacity

– Weighing pan is not positioned – Correctly position the
weighing pan
– Contact between weighing – Weighing pan may not come
pan and other objects into contact with other objects
