Before using your appliance for the first time, clean the various accessories of your appliance
carefully.
HOW TO USE THE APPLIANCE
Beaters and dough hooks
1.
Insert the beaters or dough hooks until they are locked into place. Always insert the
accessory equipped with a toothed crown into the opening indicted on the appliance by a
crown which is similarly toothed.
2.
Plug in the appliance.
3.
Depending on the quantity to be prepared, place the ingredients in an appropriate
container.
4.
Plunge the beaters or hooks into the container and turn on the appliance by turning the
control knob to the right.
5.
Turn the control knob to the right in position "0" - "5".
6.
When you have finished using it, reset the control knob to position "0".
7.
Unplug the appliance.
8.
Eject the beaters or dough hooks by pushing the eject button.
Note:
The TURBO button is used only to switch on or off the blender shaft. It is not working,
while the hooks or the beaters are inserted into the mixer.
CAUTION
1.
After 5 minutes continuous use, allow a few minutes rest before next use.
2.
Do not operate more than 5 minutes at one time.
3.
To prevent spattering, keep the beaters in mixture and always switch the mixer off before
lifting the beaters from the mixture.
4.
IMPORTANT: To avoid unnecessary strain on the motor, do not use mixer for any mixture
in which the beaters/dough hooks do not revolve freely.
OPERATING HINTS
Most recipes provide the required time and speed needed.
SPEED 1-2: For mixing dry ingredients with liquids, folding whipped egg whites and cream
into mixtures, stirring gravies and sauces and mashing vegetables.
SPEED3-4: For mixing cake mixes, puddings or batters. For using the dough hooks when
