To get more juice from the refrigerated fruits or vegetables,
put them in clean water and wait until they are moist enough

Carrots has a low fiber which is hard to juice, to juice carrot
with other high fiber fruits or vegetables, such as kale, leafy
vegetable and please cut the carrots into small pieces to get a
better result.
