10. Unplug the appliance before handing it in any way (fitting and removing accessories).
11. Never fit accessories with different functions at the same time. (Dough hooks and beater etc.)
12. The power cable must never be close to or in contact with the hot parts of the appliance, heat
sources or resting on sharp edges.
13. Don’t allow children or persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack
of experience and knowledge, to use the appliance, unless they are supervised.
14. If the supply cord is damaged it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or
similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.

Before using your appliance for the first time, clean the various accessories of the
appliance carefully.
HOW TO USE THE APPLIANCE
Beaters and dough hooks
1. Insert the beaters or dough hooks until they are locked into place. Always insert the accessory
equipped with a toothed crown into the opening indicated on the appliance with a crown which
is similarly toothed.
2. Plug in the appliance.
3. Depending on the quantity to be prepared. Place the ingredients in an appropriate container.
4. Plunge the beaters or hooks into the container and start the appliance by turning the control
knob to the right.
5. Turn the control knob to the right in “1”~ “5”.
6. Depending on the model, the appliance may be equipped with a turbo button.
7. When you have finished using it, reset the control knob to position “0”.
8. Unplug the appliance.
9. Eject the beaters or dough hooks by pushing the eject button.

SPEED DESCRIPTION
1-2
For mixing dry ingredients with liquids, folding whipped egg whites and cream
into mixtures, stirring gravies and sauces and mashing vegetables.
3-4
For mixing cake mixes, puddings or batters. Using the dough hooks when
mixing dough or heavier cake mixes. For mixing shortening and sugar
together.
5 For whipping cream, evaporated or powdered milk, egg whites or whole eggs.
For mixing minced meat or kneading heavy dough.
TURBO
Same as speed “5”
CAUTION:
1. After 5 minutes continuous use, allow a few minutes rest before next use.
2. Do not operate more than 5 minutes at one time.
