You can read received E-mail by using the following procedure.

How to read received E-mail:
Indicates the time and date when the E-mail
was received.
Indicates the sender of the E-mail.
Indicates that the mail has already been read.
When you receive an E-mail:
(New E-Mail) and the number of messages
appears.
