Adjustment method:
1. Shield light with a blackout curtain and the box to provide
dark condition.
2. Switch to the adjustment software and display the
adjustment screen.
3. Use the spot heater to evenly heat the underside of the
sensor to 75°C.
4. Press the “ ” key to move to WDD, and then click
“AUTO” in white spot correction mode. The correction will
be carried out and the results will be displayed.
5. Carry out white spot correction three times at “AUTO”.
6. Switch to the WDDL5CS software and display the
adjustment screen.
7. Click the Manual in MODE.
8. Click the START.
9. Please pile up a false white point and a white point.
10. It checks that click DT SW and a white point disappears
completely.
11. Click WDD checks white point compensation being
performed and disappearing.

3-14. Line Phase Adjustment

Adjusting method:
1. Use the “ ” button to be PHASE in the adjustment window.
2. Connect the camera to a 24 V AC /50 Hz (VCC-WD8875P,
VCC-WD8878PC) or 60 Hz (VCC-WD8874) power source.
3. Connect the + (red) power supply lead to the HOT side of
the probe, and connect the – (black) power supply lead to
the COLD side of the probe.
4. Use the scroll bar to adjust the leading edge of the vertical
sync signal and zero-cross shift of the AC 24 power supply
to 0 ± 0.2 msec.
5. Click the END button.
NOTE:
1. If the CA-1 circuit board has been replaced, be sure to
carry out white spot correction.
2. If the CA-2 circuit board has been replaced, be sure to
also replace the CA-1 circuit board and carry out white
spot correction.
