Getting to Know Your Sprint PCS Phone

Viewing the Display Screen

This list identifies the symbols you’ll see on your display screen.

Main LCD

shows your current signal strength. The more lines you have,

the stronger your signal.

means your phone cannot find a signal.

tells you a call is in progress.

indicates you are “roaming” off the Sprint PCS Nationwide

Network.

indicates you are “roaming” off the Sprint PCS Nationwide

Network on an analog system.

indicates you have new messages (Voicemail, Page Text or Web

Alert) waiting. When it is the urgent message,

appears.

indicates you have menus to scroll (in four directions).

indicates your phone is in vibrate mode.

indicates you have new voice memos waiting.

shows your current battery charge strength. (While charging:

indicates you have new downloaded data.

indicates the Screen Call Auto setting is On.

Sub LCD

shows your current signal strength. The more lines you have, the

stronger your signal.

Local time (e.g.
