TC4013 (DUAL D-TYPE FLIP-FLOP)
Description of operation
1. Clearing
Impressing a high-level signal on its clear input depresses output
Q to low irrespective of input.
2. Presetting
Raising preset input to high raises output Q to high as well,
if clear input is low.
3. Clocking
Output changes with the rise o f clock input. Data input and
clock input require t setup time as shown below.
