Appendix

The CE Mark is a Directive 
conformity mark of the European 
Community (EC).

The Remote Control does not 

work.

–  Check the batteries.
–   Make sure no obstruction is between the projector and the remote 

control.

–   Make sure you are not too far from the projector when using the remote 

control. Maximum operating range is 11.5’ (3.5 m).

–   Make sure the code of the remote control is conformed to that of the 

projector (see page 50).

Indicators blinks or lights.

–   Check  the  status  of  the  projector  with  referring  to “INDICATORS  AND 

PROJECTOR CONDITION” on page 67.

–  For Alarm indicator, see pages 53-54.

Alarm does not stop ringing.

–   Connect the AC power cord to the AC outlet. (Alarm will not stop ringing 

when the alarm goes off while trying to remove the rechargeable battery 
cover.) See page 53-55.

Warning mode is not turned on.

–   If you cannot hear the bleeping sound when you press the Alarm buttons, 

you  are  not  pressing  the  buttons  correctly. Try  to  set  the  Alarm  setting 
again. See page 53.

Computer 2 cannot be selected.

–  Select Computer 2 in the Terminal function (see page 48).

The Terminal function cannot be 

selected.

–  The Terminal  function  cannot  be  selected  after  Computer  2  is  selected.
