EDITING NUMBERS IN THE CALLERS LIST

To dial out a number in the callers list, you may have to edit it (add a [1] before a
long distance number, for example).

Find the caller in the list by pressing a CALL REVIEW

) button.

to display the number page.

The first digit flashes.

Add a digit.

The number is dialed out automatically.

The original number in the callers list remains unedited.
You can store an edited number in the Directory.

ERASING CALLER INFORMATION FROM THE CALLERS LIST

To erase one entry at a time:

1

Review the callers list by pressing a CALL REVIEW
(

▲

 or 

▼

) button.

Press

ERASE

when the caller information you

want to erase is on the display.

3

Within 5 seconds, press

ERASE

again.

The display changes to the next caller (or callers list
heading).

To erase all items in the callers list at once:

1

Press a CALL REVIEW button once to display the
callers list header.

Press

ERASE

Within 5 seconds, press

ERASE

again.

Callers list memory is now cleared.
