STARTER MOTOR REMOVAL

Disconnect the starter motor wire from the motor..
Remove the starter motor by removing the bolts.

STARTER DRIVEN GEAR REMOVAL

Remove the left crankcase cover .
Remove the flywheel.
Remove the starter driven gear.

STARTER MOTOR GEAR SET

1. Starter driven gear
2 Starter reduce gear
3 Starter motor

Install the starter motor and gear in the reverse order
of removal.
