3. Monitor settings via the OSD menu
Connect the monitor.
For SLS-3200D and SLS-4200D
: Use the power on/off button to switch the monitor on.
If the monitor was in standby mode before, you can use the power button on the remote
control to switch it on.
Press the MENU button on the monitor or on the remote control to call-up the OSD menu.
Use the LEFT/RIGHT buttons to scroll through the main menu.
Use the UP/DOWN buttons to select a sub-menu item.
Press the SOURCE button and then the LEFT/RIGHT buttons to make adjustments as
necessary.
Press the MENU button again to exit the OSD menu.
Monitor settings via „hot keys“:
Some monitor settings can be made without calling up the OSD menu, i.e. by using the „hot
key“ buttons:
SOURCE button: Select the input signal:
VGA, HDMI, DVI, CAM1, CAM2, S-Video.
UP button:
Best possible setting.
LEFT/RIGHT button:
Adjust the volume.
DOWN button:
Volume on/off (mute).
SOURCE button plus
button:
If you press the SOURCE button and the
button at the same time, the control
keys on the monitor will be locked resp. unlocked.

The OSD menu consists of the following main menu items:
1. Picture (see chapter 3.1)
2. Sound (see chapter 3.2)
3. Geometry (see chapter 3.3)
4. Function (see chapter 3.4)
5. System (see chapter 3.5)
6. PIP (see chapter 3.6)
