INFORMATION CLAUSE
[Recipients]
The recipients of your personal data are suppliers of goods and services
necessary for the implementation of the abovementioned purposes and
entities to which the PDA entrusted the processing of your personal data.
[Data storage period]
Your personal data will be stored until the expiry of warranty and to the
extent required by law (i.e. tax law) or to secure any claims. After this time
your data will be deleted.
[Rights]
Depending on legal basis of processing of personal data as mentioned
hereinbefore, you have the right to access your personal data and the right
to rectify them, as well as the right to remove them or limit its processing and
the right to object to the processing or to transfer your personal data and the
right to object to their processing. You also have the right to lodge a compla-
int with the supervisory body - the President of the Office for Personal Data
Protection.
