Swap-Out Agreement
All Sani Seat s are covered with a 100% factory warrantee (excluding:
vandalism and damage caused by obvious customer abuse). This enables the
customer to "Swap-Out" a troubled
Sani Seat for a newly refurbished one for
the cost of only the shipping charges and a $4.00 blade, as it is a consumable.
In signing this agreement, the customer verifies that they understand they are
responsible for the return of the troubled
Sani Seat with the use of the
provided UPS return label that we use for tracking purposes. Failure to return
the troubled
Sani Seat within 2 weeks of receiving the swap-out seat will
result in a charge $189.95 per Sani Seat not returned.
Disclaimer:
All swap-out seats are shipped without a lid or bracket to reduce the cost of
shipping. Lids and brackets are interchangeable and do not affect the inner
workings of a
Sani Seat .
