CLEANING OR REPLACE CARTRIDGE
• Shut off water supply to both inlets.
•
Unscrew the grub screws(2) with Alan key 2,5 and remove the cross
handle(1).
• Unscrew the screws(3), take off temperature control(4) and plastic stop
ring(5).
• Remove the cartridge(6) with a spanner 30 mm.
•
Clean filters(7) under running water or in vinegar for one night.
• Grease the “O”-rings and reassemble the cartridge(6) in to the body(8),
replace the plastic stop ring (5), according to the drawing and turn spindle
(A) until you reach required temperature 38°C.
• Re-fit temperature
control knob(4) and
fix it with the
screw(3).
• Re-fit the cross
handle(1) and fix it
with the grub
• screw(2).
MAINTENANCE – DIVERTER CARTRIDGE CHANGE
• Shut off water supply to both inlets.
• Unscrew the grub screws(2) with Alan key 2,5 and remove the cross
handle(1).
•
Unscrew the screw(3) and remove the diverter handle(4).
• Unscrew flange(5) using 30mm spanner, remove the diverter cartridge(6).
•
Place the new cartridge, inserting the pivot into the corresponding seat.
• Before re-assembling cartridge clean its housing with wet cloth and grease
“O” rings on cartridge.
•
Reassemble the flange(5) using 30mm spanner.
• Re-fit the diverter handle (5) and secure with screw(4).
•
Re-fit the cross
handle(1) and
secure with grub
screws(2).
