Close by folding top flap
down. Ensure shoulder straps
are centered up. Readjust if
necessary.

Lay the back PF-R face down and
lay out completely open.

Insert Armor Plate under elastic
band from the bottom and line
bottom of Armor Plate with top of
the trapezoid shaped cutout
in PF-R.

Fold shoulder strap flap up and
secure corners with velcro straps.
