1 Introduction
The Sandberg Wireless Touchpad Keyboard (referred to as “the keyboard”)
enables you to operate both mouse and keyboard from the same device within a radius of up to
10 metres from your computer. This is particularly useful if your computer is connected to your
TV. Take the keyboard with you to the sofa and you can easily surf the web, play music, watch
films and lots more. The keyboard is also equipped with a row of shortcut keys for standard

applications as well as special keys that make navigating Windows
®
Vista Media Center
a breeze. The built-in touchpad lets you use your finger as a mouse. A simple, handy solution.
2 Installation
1. Insert the two enclosed batteries into the battery compartment in the back of the keyboard.
Be sure to insert them according to the marked polarity.
2. Set the switch on the back of the keyboard to ”ON”.
3. Remove the enclosed USB receiver from the compartment in the back of the keyboard. Insert
the USB receiver into a USB port in your computer while the computer is switched on.
4. Windows
®
will detect and install the device automatically.
5. When Windows
®
reports that the keyboard is ready for use, you may need to wait 5–20 seconds
before the keyboard is activated. You can now start using the keyboard.
NB: Num Lock may be on by default, which enables the Num Lock key functions for certain keys
(for more on this function, see section 3.3). You can turn Num Lock off by pressing the ”Num
Lock" key in the top right-hand corner of the keyboard.
3 Using the keyboard
3.1 Shortcut keys on the keyboard
The keyboard is equipped with a row of shortcut keys. These allow you to perform functions with
a single keystroke.

Record TV. Only works on Windows Vista

Windows XP Media Center Edition
®
, and requires
you to have a TV tuner installed on your computer.
Play/Pause
When playing media files, e.g. film clips or music,
you can use this key to play or pause the active
file.
