TROUBLE SHOOTING
SYMPTOM CHECK AND ACTION
Tray is not ejected.
• Check if the power is turned on.
The unit does not play • Check if a disc is loaded.
Tray is ejected.
• Check if a disc is contaminated or damaged.
Remove disc, clean it and insert again.
• Check if a disc is seated properly.
Video or audio is muted, or tray • Check for condensation in unit.
