Bluetooth
Using a Stereo Headset
Before you start!
■
If the player has connected to a Bluetooth mobile phone or external device,
set off the connection first.
■
Ensure that the Bluetooth device to connect is ready for pairing. (refer to the
device’s user manual)
Registering the Stereo Headset
(simply register it only once)

Press the [ ] button to select <Bluetooth> and then
press the [ ] button.

Press the [ ] button to select <Bluetooth Mode> and
then press the [ ] button.

Press the [ ] button to select <On> and then press
the [ ] button.

The icon appears brightly.

The Bluetooth function can be used only while you are listening to music or radio. It is not
supported while you are enjoying a video or playing a game.
■
Make sure to connect the earphone (using as antennas ) if you listen to the radio using the stereo headset.
You can listen to the sound via the earphone while you are recording a radio program.
■
The maximum distance that enables wireless connection between the player and the bluetooth is 10m.
The connection will be automatically cut off if the distance is out of this range. The sound quality will be
deteriorated in places of obstacles such as walls or doors even within this range.
