The Recovery Utility can be used to recover your system in the event the following occurs:

If one of the messages below appears:
- The device firmware needs repairs. Please connect to PC and repair firmware with
recovery utility. Device will be turned off.
- The device database needs repairs. Please connect to PC and rebuild database with
recovery utility. Device will be turned off.
●
If the message "Loading" appears and the device does not operate when you turn on the power.
●
If file search does not work properly in the Menu Library.

Connect the USB cable to the USB port on your computer.

Connect the other side of the USB cable to the player while pressing the
button on the player.

Select
[Start]
→
[Programs]
→
[Samsung YH-925]
in the desktop,
and then press
[Recovery Utility]
.

Using Recovery Utilities
Downloading Recorded Files
You can upload the files recorded in the player to your PC.

Connect the player to PC

Right click on the Start button, then choose Explore to Open Windows
Explorer on PC.

Select [Samsung YH-925]- [Media]-[Recordings] from Windows
Explorer.

The recorded files are displayed.

Drag the recorded files to a desired folder of your PC.
The selected file is transmitted to the specified folder of the PC.

- The files are uploaded to PC. The files in the player will be automatically deleted after uploading.
