Using burst modes
It can be difficult to capture photos of fast-moving subjects or capture natural facial expressions and gestures of your subjects in photos. Also, it can be difficult to adjust the
exposure correctly and select a proper light source. In these cases, select one of the burst modes. You can also set the timer to delay shooting.

Align your subject in the frame, and then half-press [
Shutter
] to
focus.

While you are pressing [

], the camera captures photos
continuously

Available options may differ depending on the shooting conditions.

When you select
Motion Capture
, your camera will set the resolution to
and set the ISO sensitivity to
Auto
.

Depending on the Face Detection options you selected, some Shooting options
may not be available.
•
It may take longer to save the photos depending on the memory card capacity
and performance.

In some modes, you can also set the shooting option by pressing

then selecting
Drive/Timer
.
Capturing continuous photos

The maximum number of photos depends on the capacity of your
memory card.
Motion Capture
: While you are pressing [
Shutter
], the camera
captures
photos (5 photos per second; maximum of 30
photos).
