MACRO PHOTOGRAPHY
When a subject is within 1.2m (3.94ft), the camera will automatically set this
mode.
Close range picture area is as below:
WIDE : 0.6 ~ 1.2m (1.97 ~ 3.94ft)
TELE : 0.9 ~ 3m (2.95 ~ 9.84ft)
In the case of super Macro tele - photographing (0.9 ~ 1m), you have to set your
camera under the slash markings, as there can be so much difference of visual
rate according to the location of photograper's eyes.
When a subject is out of range, the Autofocus Indicator (Green LED) will
blink quickly. When a subject is within range, it will blink slowly. (Refer to
page 17 for the information of buzzer operation)
Remember to compose your shot using the macro picture area frame.(Refer
to page 8)
NOTE
When a subject is closer than 0.6m (1.97ft), the Green LED will blink quickly
and the shutter will lock.
MACRO should use close range picture area mark because close range
picture area includes MACRO picture area.
