2) How to check Error Count (ER Count)

- ER Count should be
checked first. This will help
you troubleshoot intermittent
power cycle issues and Wi-
Fi/BT/MOIP module issues.

- Go to Factory Menu > SVC
> ER Count menu.

board replacement,
the picture can be
flipped even if the
Panel Type is set
correctly. To fix this,
follow these steps:

- Smart Hub TVs: Go
to Factory Menu >
MRT Option, and then
select HV Flip.
- Non SmartHub TVs :
Go to Factory Menu >
Control > Sub Option,
and then select Mirror.
