When plastic smells are coming from the refrigerator
▶
Open the refrigerator doors and air the inside.
- With a new product, there could be plastic smells inside the refrigerator.
▶
Before using the product, please remove all the adhesive tapes eliminating
chemical smells.
When storing food for the first time
▶
Place food in the refrigerator when it cools down in 2~3 hours after the
product is plugged in.
- When you place food in the refrigerator before it cools enough, food smells
permeate the inner liners.
When the start-up sound is loud
▶
When starting up a new refrigerator, the compressor and the motor operate
at high rpm to cool down the freezer and the fridge compartments quickly,
generating a slight noise.

When it gets to the set temperature and reaches a stable state, the noise decrease.
When an alarm goes off during operation
▶
If any one of the doors remains open at a more than 15 degree angle for
more than 2minutes, it sends off an alarming sound every minute
indicating that a door is open.
When the power goes off
▶
Please maintain the doors closed.

When the power does not come back on for 2~3 hours in summer, the cool
temperature inside will be maintained.
