Is the connector inserted normally 

into the CN10?

with the FPC Wire ?

output from the 80pin of  IC101 ?

through 71pin of CN101 ?

Try again after a normal insertion of the 

connector into CN10.

If the pattern of IC101 and sodering is 

normal when you checked, replace IC301.  

If the time transfer 71pin of IC101
