2. Troubleshooting
Problem
Check
Countermeasure
I can't turn on the product.
Check if the AC power cable is
connected properly and the power
switch is turned on.
Please connect the AC power
cable, and then turn on the power
switch.
A camera doesn't operate even
though it is being powered by the
SUJ-800.

Check if the front LED light is red.
ㅇ
Check the camera’s UTP cable
connections. (Check the UTP
cable pin alignment.)
ㅇ
Check if the UTP cable is
disconnected or shorted.
ㅇ
Check if the camera is
compatible with the SUJ-800
for the power supply.
ㅇ
If the UTP cable and RJ-45
connectors are not connected
properly, or the cable pins are
not aligned properly,
disconnect and reconnect the
RJ-45 plug.
ㅇ
Using a multi tester, check if
the UTP cable is disconnected
or shorted.
ㅇ
Check if the front LED light is
green.
ㅇ
Check if the camera is within
the power supply range.
ㅇ
If the camera is out of the
power supply range, please
install an additional power
cable.
I can’t transfer video to a DVR.
ㅇ
Check the DVR’s UTP cable
connection. (Check the UTP
cable pin alignment.)
ㅇ
Check video signals by
referring to the video input and
output wiring charts in section
3-2-1.
ㅇ
If the UTP cable and RJ-45
connectors are not connected
properly, or the cable pins are
not aligned properly,
disconnect and reconnect the
RJ-45 plug.
RS-485 Communication
Interference
Check if the 485 communication
cable is disconnected, or it is
connected according to the
positive and negative signals.
Please disconnect and reconnect
the cable according to the positive
and negative signals.
