Insert the Battery
1.
Remove the battery cover from the back of the
device by pressing down with your thumbs (A).
Slide the cover towards the camera lens to release
the cover (B).
2.
Insert the battery into the battery compartment (C)
and gently press down until it clicks into place (D).
Then replace the battery cover.
Charge the Battery
1.
Plug the charger into an outlet.
2.
Plug the other end of the charger into the device’s
Accessories/Power Cable Jack.
Set the Backlight
Select how long the display screen remains backlit.
1.
Press

Main
> Settings > Display > Dim
.
2.
Touch a time setting.
Note:
Long backlight settings reduce the battery’s talk
and stand by times.
Turn the Device On

Press and hold
to turn the device on.

Press
to turn off
the display and then
press
again to
display the unlock
screen.

Press and hold
to unlock the device.
•
If you need to turn the
device off, press and
hold
.
