Your System screen allows you to control your ability
to roam (access other compatible service provider
networks).
Security
The Security screen allows you to lock your phone and
camera, erase contacts, set restrictions, and other
security options.
Airplane Mode
Airplane Mode allows you to use many of your phone’s
features, such as Games, Notepad, Voice Memos, etc.,
when you are in an airplane or in any other area where
making or receiving calls or data is prohibited. When
your phone is in Airplane Mode, it cannot send or
receive any calls or access online information. All
incoming calls will be sent directly to your voice mail
box.

To save the time and expense of an unnecessary
service call, perform the simple checks in this section
before contacting a service professional.
When you switch on your phone, the following
messages may appear:
“Insert SIM card”
• Be sure that the SIM card is correctly installed.
“Phone locked Enter password”
• The automatic locking function has been enabled.
You must enter the phone’s password before you
can use the phone.
“Enter PIN”
• You are using your phone for the first time. You
must enter the PIN supplied with the SIM card.
• The PIN Check feature is enabled. Every time the
phone is switched on, the PIN has to be entered.
To disable this feature, use the PIN check menu.
